I’ve received the wrong products
If we’ve sent you the wrong items in error, we will be happy to accept them back and send a replacement, or refund you in full, including your return postage costs.
How to return items
If you need to return a product please contact us email@example.com or in writing at Escape Air Vest Limited, 6c Chase Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 0DP, quoting your order number.
Please do not send products back to us without first contacting us.
When you return your item please use a postal service with proof of postage and please retain this proof of postage until we have confirmed to you that we have received the goods. Escape Air Vest Limited cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
